World of Nintendo Collection
Associated Japanese names: 任天堂 (Nintendo), スーパーマリオ (Super Mario)
Okay, who doesn't love Nintendo? Almost everyone out there who plays video games had to play at least one Nintendo game in their lifetime.
I'm being honest here when I say that while I loved Nintendo games, I really had no thoughts about collecting merchandise from their various titles. Yes, I adored the games and grew up with them, but I wasn't wild about the characters like I was with Pokémon. What really got me to wanting to collect Nintendo items was when I first joined Club Nintendo. I looked at all the amazing things they were giving away to those who took part in their loyalty program and was just mesmorized by everything! Of course, over the years, people complained that they got crappier and crappier, but I'm not one to look a gift horse in the mouth! What they had for sale on eBay was the last straw and I knew I had to add some Nintendo stuff to my collection! Nintendo World is another place with a rich assortment of Nintendo merchandise, but damn the fact that they are only located in New York City as well as not offering an online alternative.
Well, collecting these items was bound to happen eventually! I mean, I love their games! They're bright, fun, and adorable.
If you are looking to see if I collect Amiibos, yes, I do! You can find my collection in the World of Amiibo page! Click the link to be taken there!

Super Mario Cast Statue: Club Nintendo 2010 Platinum Reward
This is, without a doubt, one of the coolest items in my collection! I love it to pieces! The main cast on one statue with all the details painted in just makes this statue a must have for every Mario and video game collector!
The statue is made out of plastic and just looks amazing displayed! Japan did get the same figure but in a glass dome-style case with the words Super Mario printed on the bottom. Of course they get the best stuff, but whatever, this is pretty great, too!

Super Mario Cast Statue: Club Nintendo 2010 Platinum Reward Box
The box looks so good that I had to show it off here! It looks exactly like something you would see in the games and it's as beautiful to display as the statue itself!

Yoshi Super Mario Bros. UFO Plush
This was an item that my friend, syminka, had won during her trip to Japan. She was going to sell it in her sales post when I offered to purchase it from her.
He is really big and super soft and fluffy! Why are UFO plushes so much better in Japan? The quality and the characters offered are so much better!

Boom Boom Sanei Plush
One of my favorite Koopa minions! My love for him grew substantially when he was revealed to be a boss in Super Mario 3D Land for the 3DS. Seriously, his last major appearance was in Super Mario Bros 3!
Nintendo and Sanei made my dreams come true with the release of numerous Mario-themed plushes, and I hope to fill this page with more of these well-made plushes in the future!

Pom Pom Sanei Plush
The female of the Boom Boom species! I became an instant fan as I love her design and ninja-like stealth.

Ice Mario, Boom Boom, and Hammer Bro Microland Figures
As the name suggests, these figures are tiny. Despite their diminutive sizes, they are well-made. They're not perfect, as you can see by the paint errors, but hey, try painting something as small as these figures. Personally, I love these figures and I hope to grab more of them in the future.

Donkey Kong World of Nintendo Figure
The inspiration for the name of this page!
Even though Donkey Kong has starred in numerous popular games over the years, I've never really heard or read anyone say Donkey Kong was their favorite character. It was always another Kong character or just people who liked the games. Donkey Kong himself doesn't get nearly as much love as he deserves! After all, without this Kong, there would be no Donkey Kong Country or even the Donkey Kong arcade game. Give credit where credit is due!
This loveable ape is so well-made! I want more DK figures now!

Super Mario/Pikmin Club Nintendo 3DS Game Holding Case
I had a bunch of coins saved up and didn't like a majority of the items Club Nintendo had to offer, so I decided to buy this with what I had. I love the artwork and everything, but then February 2015 came along and Club Nintendo had better stuff to offer!
At first, I thought there were going to be three cases with different artwork, but in reality, it was just one case with the artwork capable of being swapped out with whatever you want. In my opinion, that's better. I say that because the artwork I loved the most is the default on the case. It also saves up a lot of room being condensed into one package!
